Returns, Replacement & Remake Policy


We are very proud of our products and rightly so because of the thought that goes into the design and the love and attention that go into their manufacture, packaging and despatch to you.

Our other customers absolutely love our products and the feedback we get is always positive and supportive.

However, on the very rare occasion that something goes wrong, you might need to exchange your product.  If that is necessary, we've a very easy and simple to understand Returns, Replacement and Remake Policy.  

Our aim is to make you 100% satisfied and happy with your product ordered and we will do everything in our power to make that happen.

This policy only applies to items purchased from our online store under the following conditions:
      • Items Damaged Poor Quality -  If an item is delivered to you damaged we will remake/reprint it to replace it immediately at no additional cost. Please note we are not responsible nor can be held liable for items damaged in shipping.

      • Items With Poor Quality Print - If an item is shipped to you with a poor-quality print, we will remake/reprint it to replace it immediately at no additional cost.
      • Wrong Product Shipped - If we ship the wrong product to you, we will replace it with the correct item immediately at no additional cost.
      • Product Malfunction - If any part of your product breaks with 60 days of purchase, we'll remake/reprint it and send you a replacement immediately at no additional cost. 

    How To Claim Your Replacement Item

    Please email us at helpme@attychood.com and provide the following information: 

    • Use the Subject Line - I need a replacement for my purchase

    • In the body of the e mail include this information:
      • Your name.
      • Your address.
      • [Please ensure these details are the same you used when you purchased the item so we can find your order easily.]
      • Your order number (found on the e mail receipt sent to you when you ordered the item)
      • An explanation of what is wrong with the item.
      • Include a clear photograph of your item showing why it needs replacing - e.g. a picture of any design flaw, broken component or of the whole item if we have sent you the wrong product.

    Our customer support team will respond to acknowledge your request and let you know what the next steps are.


    Returning Your Item - Apparel & Selected Goods

    What To Return

    If we need you to return your order, please send your item(s) back in their original packaging including all parts, accessories, manuals and documentation and proof of purchase (a print out of your order confirmation e mail will do) to this address:  

    Because we paid for the standard shipping to deliver the product to you when you purchased, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. 

    If you are shipping an item over $75 back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


    Shipping Your Replacement Item To You

    When we send you a replacement item, please note that our usual shipping policy will apply.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you bought more than one item at the time of purchase we will only replace the defective item.
